Privacy Policy
Synexis Corner Ltd is responsible for the Traders Corner app and website. This Policy explains what data we collect, why we use it, how it is protected and the choices available to you.
Data we collect
- Account data: phone number, optional username, profile name, country, profile image, account identifiers and sign-in/session information.
- Communications: group and private messages, status posts, images, videos, files, voice notes, call history, reports and support messages. Live audio/video is processed to provide calls and is not intentionally recorded by us.
- Contacts: if you grant permission, the app processes phone contacts to help find people you know. Contact matching should use hashed identifiers where supported; raw contacts are not sold or publicly displayed.
- Verification and service data: name, email, phone, country, age/date of birth, occupation, trading experience, broker, MT5 details you choose to provide, selected services and government ID images.
- Device and usage data: app/device identifiers, IP address, app version, online/last-seen state, diagnostics, feature activity and security logs.
- AI inputs: text, voice and images you choose to send to Traders Corner AI, along with the response needed to provide the feature.
- Synexis Verify: broker or website details, risk-check results, community reports and evidence links you choose to submit. Journal entries remain locally on your phone unless a future backup feature is enabled by you.
How we use data
We use data to create and secure accounts; deliver chats, status, calls and notifications; match contacts; operate groups and moderation; provide AI, signals and market tools; process verification and service requests; respond to support; prevent fraud and abuse; diagnose failures; satisfy legal obligations; and improve service performance.
Permissions
Camera and microphone access are used only when you take media, record a voice note, make a call or use voice/visual AI. Contacts access is used for contact discovery after permission. Notifications are used for messages, calls, signals and market alerts. Biometric access protects the local app lock. You can change permissions in Android Settings, although related features may stop working.
Sharing and processors
We may use hosting, communications, AI, email, security and infrastructure providers to process data on our behalf. Content is shared with the recipients you choose, such as a group or private-chat participant. Verification details may be reviewed by authorized Synexis staff and relevant service providers. Broker links take you to an independent provider. We do not sell personal data.
Storage, security and retention
Data is transmitted over HTTPS where supported and access is limited to authorized systems and staff. No system is perfectly secure. Chat/media and account data are kept while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Status content normally expires after 24 hours. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days after verification. Some records may be retained longer where reasonably necessary for security, disputes, fraud prevention or applicable legal and financial obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can edit profile information, control contact/camera/microphone/notification permissions, change privacy settings, clear local chats, delete status content and request account deletion. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your personal data.
Account deletion
Delete your signed-in account in the app at More > Privacy & Legal > Delete my account and data. You can also use the public Account Deletion page. Deleting the app from your phone does not itself delete your server account.
Children
Traders Corner is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. Do not submit another person's government ID or personal data without lawful authority.
